Iroakazie Joins Abia Comets.


Enterprising Supreme Kings striker Ifeanyi Iroakazie has completed a one season loan move to National League Side Abia comets of Umuahia prior to the NNL commencement on Nov 1.

Iroakazie was the cynosure during the maiden edition of the Abia state Mini football competition where he scores a total of 16 goals that saw ‘underdog’ Supreme Kings FA emerge winners of the league at the expense of top Academys that participated from Umuahia and Aba region.

Iroakazie thus proved his goal prowess during the Mini-football wasnt a fluke as kept on banging goals during the times he teamed up with Abia Comets Football club in view of the 2019/2020 NNL season.

Elated Supreme Kings president Anaetochukwu Samuel who confirmed the profilic attacker move to NNL side Abia Comets said….

” I am a football administrator cum developer who has the welfare and progress of my players as my utmost priority and that was why i never declined when Premier league Side Abia Warriors came for Chibueze Lambert and now Comets came for Iroakazie because i want them to keep improving and gather more experience as we await their various deals outside the shores of the country to mature. 

Ifeanyi Iroakazie is a player and a boy after my heart because he understands my philosophy about this game of football and that is one thing that has kept him in a high consistent level above other strikers in the Academy.  That waa the reason why i never nursed any kinda fear when Comets approached me for him because i know he will surely deliver and equally be a good Ambassador of the club in the NNL season.

Iroakazie is rated among the dreaded attackers in Nigeria football as the young lad is armed with good dribbling skills and a wonderful shooting ability and all this qualities makes him a nightmare for defenders.

Nigeria Premier league Side Abia Warriors has concluded the signing of Supreme kings Goalkeeper Chibueze Lambert ahead of the 2019/2020 Premier League Season.

Lambert who has been impressive during the trial period with the club for several months signed the dotted lines today in the presence of the Academy President Anaetochukwu Chukwuma Samuel and Abia Warriors boss Pastor Emeka Inyama.

The vastly experienced goalie thus becomes the first transfer of the club among the various transfer deals in the pipeline barely six months of the club emergence.

Supreme Kings FA Shocks Stars Studded National Mini-Football Team.


Abia State Champions of Maiden Edition of Mini-football competition Supreme Kings FA yesterday at the Enyimba International Stadium dismantled the National Mini-football team.

Supreme kings FA were crowned Champions of the maiden Edition of the Mini-football in Abia state after the triumphantly showed their supremacy and outclassed teams that emerged from Umuahia and Aba centre to emerge the Champions of Abia state.

The National Mini-football team in preparation of the Mini-football worldcup slated next month in Perth Glory, Australia traded tackles with Lion hearted Supreme Kings FA, champions of Abia state.

Supreme Kings FA in their usual culture were the first to take the lead in the highly explosive Match and it was Danger man Ifeanyi Iroakazie who broke the deadlock after the team had  wowed the soccer loving personalities present at the stadium  with their football artistry. 

The ‘Jaguars’ drew level minutes underway the match to restore parity between the two sides and later took the lead before Kelechi Christain (Supremekings) levelled up for the Abia state Champions.

The National Mini-football team thus took the lead again with two goals margin after Kelechi Christain equaliser and it was Rock solid defender Anthony Mba (Supremekings) who reduced the deficit before Joseph drew level .

Resolute Supreme Kings FA calmed their nerves with their possession based style of play and their effort paid off and it was Enterprising Fabian Omaka who gave the Umuahia Champions the much sorted lead.

 It remained a ding dong affair before the Referee signaled the end of the proceedings at the Enyimba International Stadium

Renowned Player developer cum President of Supreme Kings FA engaged in the needful as he declared Saturday an intensive Gymnasium Session.

“Any player who wishes to play topflight football that is not physical strong and built cannot make it to the top that’s why foreign clubs always places players who are ‘thin’ on gym session to enable him to be able to withstand the physicality of the league.. 

Regardless how skilful a player might be, if he is not physically built and strong, abroad based team cannot strike out a deal because it is expected that every player must have that sheer stamina and physicality which is only obtainable in constant gym sessions.

We have done enough field works for months and I thought it wise to enable them gain access to gym equipments and they were delighted to be privileged to hit an all expenses paid gym session. 

The manner the lads took the session serious makes me to believe that they have been following  the trend obtainable in modern day football.

I have made plans to have any player who returns from injury to always hit the gym for a minimum of two weeks before he can join the the team in field work and this kinda session will be taking place once in every month”

Supreme kings President Anaetochukwu Chukwuma Samuel has made history in Abia State Grassroot by being the first football Academy Preisdne to place  its player on a monthly Salary.

“Stephen is a boy after my heart owing to the fact he is a cool headed player who is always open to correction and instruction. 

I so cherish his leadership charisma as he always have the welfare of his mates at heart and how he manage to carry them along is commendable.

He is so down to earth and he has never for one day gone contrary to the club vision and mission. There is no way to encourage him except through this way and I know he will will not derail as I look foward to seeing him leave the Academy for higher level because he is an exceptional good player”

The business mogul while speaking with the Academy Media department showered eulogize on the central defender for the energy he puts in training inorder to  be the best.

Umtiti’ as he is fondly called by his teammates thanked the President for his kind gesture and expressed his delight on how he (the President) has been catering for the financial and material needs of his players.

The rock solid defender thus assured the President not to relent in the path he has chosen and thus sounded optimistic that one day the President will reap the fruit of his labour.

“I have been watching the Academy match from the first day the league started and peoples comment about the team and its style of play  clears any form of regret for associating with the club.

My joy knew no bound as we conquered clubs from Umuahia centre and ABA centre to emerge champions and there was no better way to Express my heartfelt joy than to host the players and the club Management to a banquet at the state shopping mall (Shoprite)”

Supreme Kings FA of Umuahia today at the Umuahia township made headlines as they became the first club to clinch a Five-Aside league trophy in Abia state and Nigeria.

The Academy dominated the Umuahia centre of the maiden Edition of Five-Aside league to emerged second, to be among the team that will compete for the title with their counterpart from Aba centre.

In a keenly contested Finals at the Umuahia township stadium with many dignitaries and people from all walks of life in attendance saw Supreme Kings FA dominate play till the final whistle.

The Organising Committee of the tournament at the blast of the final whistle handed certificate of attendance to the registered players, coaches as well as a Trophy and cash prize.


The club president whose joy knew no bounds extolled, praised and celebrated his lads for making him proud by clinching the first trophy for the club in their  first engagement in a competition.

Supreme Kings Set to Make History….Beats Fireline FC to Reach Finals.

Supreme kings FA today at the Umuahia township thrilled the fans with their five star performance to clinch a spot in the finals of the maiden Edition of Abia state Five Aside League. 
The Supreme Kings FA lived up to the club name as they reigned Supreme among Umuahia based clubs who slugged it for the few slot from Umuahia centre who would compete with the teams from their Neighbouring city (Aba) centre. 

The veteran talent developer Anaeto Chukwuma tutored side dominated their group in the Umuahia centre preliminary stage as they emerged from a very tight group filled with household Academys in Nigeria and Abia state grassroot football.

On the road to the finals of  the five-aside tourney, Supreme Kings knocked off Jewewls Academy in their first game of the day by two unreplied goals(2.0)  before seeing off highly experienced FIRELINE FC of Aba by two Goals to One (1.2) to be the second team to book a place in the maiden edition of Abia state Five-aside league.

Agama FC of Umuahia defeated New Generation FC of Umuahia by penalty shoot out to make the finals an all Umuahia club affair.

Supreme kings Academy proved that their exploits is not a fluke barely six months of the Academy inception. The Five-aside tourney is the first major tournament the Academy has been involved in since the Academy inception and they made it count by making it to the finals. The Academy (Supreme  Kings FA) they will trade tackles with their city rivals ‘Agama FC’ in the finals tomorrow at the Umuahia township stadium. 

The elated club president Mr Anaeto Chukwuma after the club emphatic triumph over FIRELINE fc of Aba commended the fighting spirit of his boys and thus stated that the boys has proved to him that he is on the right track of his vision and mission.

Chukwueze Bags MOTM Award as Nigeria Book Semi Final Place

The super Eagles of Nigeria took another giant step to AFCON glory as the defeated the Bafana Bafana of South courtsy of Willaim Troost Ekong last minute goal.

The highly explosive match at the Cairo stadium had in attendance principal CAF officials and thousand of Egyptians who trooped out in mass to cheer the Nigerian super Eagles. 

Super Eagles gaffer Gernot Rohr effected two changes to the squad that defeated Cameroon starting Villarreal sensational winger Samuel Chukwueze and Paderborn defender Jamilu Collins dropping Torino Defender Ola Aina and Levante utility player Moses Daddy Simon.

Villareal sensational winger Chukwueze justified his starting place as he gave the Super Eagles the lead in the 27minute as he clinically smashed in Ahmed Musa square play into the Bafana Bafana 18yard box. The Bafana Bafana made advances to restore parity before the half time break but the Eagles backline defended stoutly as the Eagles had the lead heading to the locker room. 

The Second half resumed and we saw a more determined South African side as they dominated play and came close to draw a leveller on numerous occasions but to no avail. The Eagles equally had some begging chances to seal the win but they failed to utilise them. 

The Eagles were punished for their Profligacy infront of goal as Zungu netted a VAR-assisted equalizer for Bafana Bafana on 72 minutes. The Eagles dominated afterwards and Gernot Rohr introduced moses Simon for tired Ahmed Musa and the latter recorded his second assist of the tournament as Udinese defender Troost Ekong tapped in his well taken corner kick.

Villareal Golden Boy  Samuel Chukwueze was voted the man of the match for his overall contribution in the game which he crowned with a goal. The teenager was the Bafana Bafana backline biggest nightmare as he dazzled and mesmerized them with his trademark dribbles and run.

Super Eagles should not Underrate Algeria- Anaeto Chukwuma.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will on Sunday trade tackles with Desert foxes of Algeria in the semi-finals of the ongoing TOTAL African Cup of Nations.

The Super Eagles defeated the Bafana Bafana of Africa in the quater final of the tournament.  The Bafana Bafana Of South Africa was tipped one of the tournament favourites as they advanced to the tournament Round 16 as one of the ‘Best losers’ to edge out the Pharoahs of Egypt the host Country.  The Eagles left it late to defeat a resilient Bafana Bafana side as Eagles Defender William Troost-Ekong 88th minute goal advanced the Super Eagles to the semis.

The Desert foxes of Algeria reached the semis edging out stars studded Ivory coast team through penalties, as both teams played out a draw at full time duration to take the game to extra time. The Desert Eagles broke the deadlock at the 20th minute through  Feghouli well struck goal and Kodija restored parity for the Ivorians.
